两种植物生长调节剂浸种对大豆根系解剖结构的影响

摘 要:

在砂培框栽条件下, 研究植物生长调节剂2-N,N-二乙胺基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)和烯效唑(S3307)浸种对大豆‘ 垦农4 号’根系生长的调控效应, 并比较不同浓度条件下2种植物生长调节剂对大豆根系的显微结构及超微结构的影响。结果表明, 50mg·L-1 DTA-6和0.4 mg·L-1 S3307浸种后中柱鞘直径、根系木质部及韧皮部截面积均增加, 线粒体及淀粉质体等结构清晰, 线粒体、淀粉质体、质体数量丰富; 而其他浸种处理对根细胞发育的上述指标的调控效果不显著。综合分析表明, 50 mg·L-1DTA-6 和0.4 mg·L-1 S3307 浸种有利于大豆根系的生长发育。

Abstract:

In pot cultivation condition, the effects of seed soaking with two plant growth regulators, 2-diethylaminoethyl hexanoate (DTA-6) and uniconazole (S3307), were investigated on the root growth of soybean (Glycine max) cultivar ‘Kennong 4’. The effects of plant growth regulators on anatomical microstructure and ultrastructure in soybean root were also compared. The results showed that treatments with 50 mg·L-1 DTA-6 or with 0.4 mg·L-1 S3307 could increase diameter of pericycle, and sectional area of xylem and phloem. The structures of chondriosome and amyloplasts in cell were clear, and the numbers of chondriosome, amyloplasts and plastids were numerous. Other treatments did not have significant effects on these indexes. Detailed synthetic analyses suggested that 50 mg·L-1 DTA-6 and 0.4 mg·L-1 3307 were beneficial to soybean root growth.
